籠式粉碎機廣泛用于有機礦物質(zhì)、復(fù)合肥粉碎、復(fù)合肥顆粒粉碎、肥料粉碎。它可粉碎含水量在6%以下的各種單一化肥，尤其適用于硬度較大的物料，是一銨、二銨、尿素等硬粒物料的克星。 籠式粉碎機是由機架、機殼、大鼠輪組、小鼠輪組和兩臺電動機等主要部件組成，工作時由一臺電機帶動大籠子順向旋轉(zhuǎn)，另一臺電機帶動小籠子逆向旋轉(zhuǎn)，物料通過料斗進入內(nèi)鼠輪框內(nèi)，由高速旋轉(zhuǎn)鋼條對物料反復(fù)沖擊破碎，從而達到將物料細(xì)碎的效果。該機具有結(jié)構(gòu)簡單，粉碎效率高、密封性能好，運轉(zhuǎn)平穩(wěn)，便于清理、維修方便等特點。
